Our services are provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. We strive to meet your creative needs, but outcomes may vary based on collaboration and project requirements.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Subscription services cover graphic design, animation, live action, and social media content creation.
Additional services like 3D videos, website design, and branding incur extra costs.
Clients can cancel or pause subscriptions a week before the next billing cycle.
Client shall not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which the website is made available to the client.
All creative projects and original source files created on the client’s behalf (“Projects”) belong to the client, and the client shall be the owner of the copyright for all projects. In the event that any operation of law would cause Dramantram to become the owner of a project, in whole or in part, rather than the client, Dramantram irreversibly and continually assigns its entire interest in the project to the client. The part that Dramantram developed will have a joint owner.
In the event that any project incorporates fonts or media that are not owned by Dramantram and require a commercial license in order for the client to legally reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Project (“Third-Party Font(s), Media Files”), Dramantram will inform the client in writing that one or more third-party fonts and media have been incorporated into the project and that the client will need to purchase one or more licenses for the third-party fonts and media from the rights-holder(s) in order to legally reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the project.

What to include in the T&C document

You pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited requests and revisions, ensuring you get ongoing creative support without fluctuating costs. Scope outside the package will be discussed and evaluated at a discounted rate ranging between 8% - 28%. Additional costs may apply for rush requests.

We provide graphic design, animation, live action, and social media content creation services through a flexible subscription model designed for consistent, high-quality creative output. The services outside the subscription model include website design, branding, marketing strategy consulting, 3D videos, VFX work, etc. Include terms for multi-brand support and rules around pausing or canceling subscriptions.
